If you have exhausted your cooking and floral repertoire on your family, friends and acquaintances over the past few weeks, don’t miss the twice daily demonstrations to be held at the pop up kitchen in the dining room of the Windsor Hotel.
Garth Stroebel, renowned chef, judge, instructor, co-proprietor of the South African Chefs Academy and multiple award winner, is inviting top and well-known chefs to take part in a programme of cooking demonstrations that will be held twice on each day of Hermanus FynArts.
You’ll be inspired, entertained and encouraged as you watch professional chefs create complicated dishes or conjure up those creative touches that make all the difference to the look and taste of what you eat; learn more about cooking for special diets or about cooking the Italian way …
