This 2-day workshop, includes an introduction to meditation, breathing techniques, self-enquiry, gentle movement, journal writing. No prior experience necessary. Merle, an international facilitator,has been involved with meditation and mindfulness for the past 50 years and has recently graduated as a Mindfulness Based Stress Release post-graduate practitioner from Stellenbosch Medical School. Cultivating Mindfulness brings a heightened awareness and acceptance to what is present, which helps us make intelligent decisions, be alert and experience the joy of being alive.
