Shane started his career as a kitchen boy at 16. After his service he worked in a variety of restaurants.
At 21 took his first executive chef’s position. Since then he has opened his own restaurants – La Pentola in Pretoria and Hermanus.Shane has developed his own style of fusion cuisine, ‘incorporating all the classic culinary principles infused with his own individual flair.
Each of the five presenters will present both a morning and an afternoon demonstration and prepare different
variations on their chosen culinary theme for both of their sessions.
